The steps below outline exactly what is required to switch hosting providers.
Request your new hosting account
Browse our web hosting packages and choose the one which best suits your requirements, or simply ask us which package is right for you.
Transfer your domain
We will send a domain transfer request to the organisation currently managing the domain. All you have to do is contact them and inform them of the transfer.
Domain Setup
We will set up your account, upload your website, setup your email accounts and configure everything accordingly. Once the transfer request has been accepted by your current host, we'll activate your account.
Close your old hosting account
Once your domain has successfully updated you should contact your old provider and instruct them to close your old hosting account.
