HOW TO GET STARTED
An easy step-by-step procedure for obtaining your voucher and getting started:
1. Download and complete the application form and send it to us
2. Web360 will lodge the application on your behalf (yes, less paperwork for you!)
3. COMSEC will contact you to arrange an application assessment
4. Upon approval of your application, select a Service Provider from the Directory
provided
5. Pay the required R200 contribution to the Service Provider
6. You will receive a paid invoice/receipt from Service Provider
7. Present the deposit slip/ receipt to COMSEC to receive your voucher
8. Meet with Service Provider to discuss your needs and begin work
9. Sign the voucher to indicate satisfaction with service
10. Give voucher to your Service Provider to enable them to obtain payment from
COMSEC
